We want to reassure our members that we’re here if you need us.

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and we are following advice from the Australian Department of Health, Western Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation.

We’ve already taken a range of steps to maintain our service to you, but you may experience a longer wait than usual when calling us. We apologise in advance for any delays you experience.

We have also implemented some screening questions which will be asked when you call us. This is so we can keep everyone safe and determine how we respond in the best way for everyone.

To make sure you get the latest updates from us, please visit our website first – we’ll keep updating it with anything new you should know.

If you are taking out a membership, you can do this on our website, as normal.

RAC Roadside Assistance

Our Patrols are following the latest hygiene advice, using protective gloves and their vans are fully stocked with cleaning products. Additionally, we have introduced safe distancing measures and our patrols will wave hello instead of shaking hands on arrival.

Auto Services

We are still servicing and repairing cars, so please keep bringing them in if you are due for a service. We're following the latest hygiene advice, using protective gloves and the centres are fully stocked with cleaning products.

Due to social distancing, we have suspended our courtesy bus service and will not be trading on Saturdays, just for now.

Tyres

We're still here to help you with your tyre needs, whether you're at an RAC tyre centre or need our mobile tyre service to come directly to you. Our mobile service can provide a contactless solution to fit your tyres at home. We're also following the latest hygiene advice, practicing safe distancing and all our Tyre Technicians are equipped with cleaning products and gloves, to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy.
